The Pipeline
After finalizing the sculpt and high-poly details in Zbrush, the character was brought into Maya for hand retopology and UVs.
Texturing was done in Substance Painter, drawing inspiration from dark fantasy.
The project then returned to Maya for material setup, including connecting texture maps, height information, and subsurface scattering. Final lighting, xgen, background elements, fog effects, blendshape posing, and camera movements were added to complete the scene. Post-processing and final edits were done in After Effects and Photoshop.
